What will you do?
You will oversee the testing effort for the PayAnalytics pay equity solution and work on improving the PayAnalytics Quality Management System. You will write and execute tests, oversee test automation efforts, update the product specification, the product documentation, and process documents.
PayAnalytics is a SaaS platform applying state-of-the-art technology that builds on statistical and optimization algorithms to close demographic pay gaps. Our technology stack consists of a Vue.js SPA on top of a Django REST API running in a containerized environment on AWS.
Who are you?
You have a university degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. You are someone who strives to improve the way things are done and have a strong urge to deliver a high quality product. You are someone who gets excited about bugs but also wants to create an environment where bugs are rare. You are comfortable with writing English text.
