Entrega de los premios Universal Fair Pay Check

El 17 de marzo, las empresas recibirán un galardón en base al certificado de igualdad retributiva Universal Fair Pay Check. Este certificado internacional mide, de forma coordinada, el cumplimiento de la igualdad retributiva entre las empresas de diferentes países.

Dos empresas islandesas recibirán galardones especiales por lo que han conseguido, el Hospital Universitario Nacional de Islandia y Reykjavik Energy. Ambas empresas han utilizado la solución de PayAnalytics para eliminar la brecha salarial de género.

El Ministro de Trabajo de Alemania, que es el patrocinador del certificado en Alemania, abrirá la ceremonia con un discurso. Además de los discursos breves de los premiados, Margrét Vilborg Bjarnadóttir, una de las personas que fundaron PayAnalytics, participará en la mesa redonda.
