When it comes to bringing fairness into all salary decisions, the PayAnalytics team is pushing the envelope,PayAnalytics has received multiple awards for its innovative approach to closing the gender pay gap - including winning the Wharton People Analytics Startup Competitions and being selected as the best national newcomer at the Nordic Startup Awards.
